Do I need dance experience to join?
Nope! Our classes are beginner-friendly and designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're a pro dancer or have two left feet, you'll have an amazing time.
What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive sneakers. If you’re attending a heels class, bring comfortable dance heels with ankle support.
What should I bring to class?
Just bring a bottle of water, a towel, and good vibes!
